Josefu Farms is a growing livestock and poultry farm located in Latayo, Akufo, Ibadan. We are passionate about agriculture and committed to raising healthy animals with care, dedication, and respect for nature.

We are looking for a dedicated Veterinarian with traceable livestock and poultry experience, hands-on, must be able to keep the farm running smoothly, and be able to manage birds from day-old chicks through full production with a passion to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the breeding and growth of different bird types, from day-old chicks to maturity
• Understand the nutritional and health needs of poultry for optimal productivity
• Ensure high hygiene standards across all farm operations
• Supervise and mentor staff, creating a supportive and efficient work environment
• Oversee operations in the layers section and all growing units
• Promote smart work practices and teamwork

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Experience in Poultry farming; disease diagnosis, medication, vaccination and breeding practice.
